Obama, You Hypocrite! (Job 34:30)

From Obama's tax returns:

Let me say publicly here today. Obama is a hypocrite.

If he is so caring, so concerned about the poor and working class people of this country, then why doesn’t his charitable giving show this? It’s not until he’s making plans to win the White House that he and wife start doing some serious giving. He didn’t even give to his own church enough to matter.

I’m not tooting my own horn, because most of you don’t know me personally, but my husband and I have given 400-1000% more a year to charity than he has for the years 2000 thru 2004. Our income is not nearly what his is.

Woe ye hypocrite. You are only charitable if the money comes from somebody else’s pocket.
And you have the gall to say that those of us against your planned redistribution of wealth are selfish?

"That the hypocrite reign not, lest the people be ensnared." Job 34:30

Liberals: Pride or Ignorance - Which is It?

I have resigned myself to the fact that blacks all over America are going to vote for Obama for one reason. He’s black. But even if he received 99.9% of the Black vote, he could not win. African Americans don’t make up a big enough percentage of the population to determine the outcome of this election.

If Obama wins, it will be the White liberals who put him in. That is where I am confused.

I understand liberals and conservatives. But libs and cons can only survive together in a democracy. In a socialist state, it won’t matter. The government will be the only thing that matters. Your voice, whether liberal or conservative, will not be heard.

There is too much information (fact) about Obama that tells us he is not the man to put into the highest office of the land – the most powerful position on the face of the earth.

Forget Bush. I know libs hate him. They HATE BUSH. They hate him with a passion. They are obsessive about their hate. Fine I accept that. It’s ridiculous, but I accept it. I couldn’t stand Bill Clinton – but I didn’t hate him. I couldn’t stand Jimmy Carter, but I didn’t hate him.

So is hate such a driving force in the liberal’s psyche that it would cloud their judgment to the point that they would put a man in office who has openly declared his redistribution of wealth plans? Would they put a man in office whose closest friends hate the United States and want to destroy it? Do the liberals want to destroy America? Then what will take its place?

Do they really think it's a great thing that abortion on demand will be the law of the land, and hundreds of thousands of additional babies will be murdered each year? Do they really think it's a great thing that homosexual marriage will become the law of the land?

Does anyone out there realize that the talk of redistribution of wealth is bogus? The rich man will not give up his wealth. He is the one who has businesses. He supplies jobs. If you tax him to death, he’ll close shop and go home and you’ll be out of a job. It is the middle class that will suffer and fall. Then there will be only the very rich and the very poor. No middle class.

As the new facts unfold about Obama, the liberals are steadily in denial. This can only be for two reasons. Either they are SO PROUDFUL that they can’t admit they were wrong about BHO, or they are totally unable to comprehend the ramifications of putting someone like him in power.

Pride or ignorance? Which is it?

Nancy Pelosi says “…if the Democrats win, and have substantial majorities, Congress of the United States will be more bipartisan,"

Right.

If I double my caloric consumption, I’ll lose weight.
If I’ll sell my car and ride a bicycle to work everyday, I’ll save the planet.
If we’d just give the Palestinians the land they want, they’d kiss and make up with Israel.
If I’d just check the pressure in my tires everyday, the price of gasoline would go down.
If Obama wins, capitalism will thrive under his administration, and Congress will be more bipartisan.

Sarah Palin Effigy

In West Hollywood, Chad Michael Morisette and his homosexual partner have a Halloween display in their front yard that depicts Sarah Palin hanging from a noose and John McCain burning in the chimney. The liberals don’t see anything offensive about this at all.

One video shows the sheriff basically saying, “Get over it. It’s Halloween.”

Now picture this.

I decide that for Halloween, I’m going to have an effigy of two homosexuals burning in the chimney, an effigy of Obama hanging from a tree, and a effigy of a sheriff hanging from a third tree with a pumpkin smashed over his head.

Think anyone will be offended?

Story Here

Video 2

By the way…after watching the first video, did anyone else ask themselves, “Is there anybody in West Hollywood who is straight?”

R & R

I'm going to take a few days off from blogging and head to the mountains with my man for some R&R, some intimate time, and some time with God. I hope to get some much needed rest, and might even send a few pictures back to the blog with my 3g iphone (my new toy - I love it!).

If anything exciting happens while I'm gone, be sure and let me know when I get back.

"And I said, Oh that I had wings like a dove! for then would I fly away, and be at rest." Psalm 55:6

The Big Picture is Really Big

I didn’t watch the debate tonight. Instead, I went and worshipped God and heard from His Word, and fellowshipped with my brothers and sisters in Christ.

I haven’t heard anything much about how it went, but it doesn’t really matter at this point to me.

I believe this is all just part of a bigger picture.

I’m going to vote. I’m going to vote against Obama as opposed to voting for McCain.

I believe McCain is going to lose. Obama is going to win. His followers (supporters) are passionate, determined, and will put him in the White House with whatever means necessary. They don’t care who he is, what he has done, who he associates with, what his faith is, or his worldview. If it was proven beyond a shadow of a doubt tomorrow that he was a child molester, they wouldn’t care. They are obsessed. They are enamored. They are stricken with him.

But I’m not worried.

God has a plan. He’s told us what that plan is. It’s no secret to anyone who wants to know. If McCain wins, it will only slightly postpone the inevitable.

Our world is headed for even worse times than it is in now. Economic collapse, wars and rumours of wars, pestilence, hate, sexual perversion, increased tension in the Middle East – all things that we see now, but much worse. Then we Christians are going to disappear. Some who say they are Christians will still be here – and that will confuse everybody. But we’ll be gone. Then the the Wicked One will be revealed – but he won’t seem wicked to anyone. He’ll seem like a Savior. Obama is a precursor to the one coming after him. He will unite the whole world. There will be a one world government, and a one world religion. Those who become true Christians during this period will be hunted down and killed while the world cheers. There will be seven years of unimaginable suffering and catastrophic occurrences. There will be another world war. And then at the end of the seven years, the Lord Jesus Christ will return to this earth – not as a man to be crucified, but as a King to conquer and judge.

Everything is falling into place.

I’m not worried, because I’m safe in my salvation. God is ready to give peace and salvation to anyone and everyone who’ll call on Him and ask for forgiveness of their sins and trust in Him to be their Savior.

If you the reader haven’t come to God on His terms yet, I encourage you to do so while there is still time. He loves you. He’ll give you peace. He’ll save you from the wrath to come.

Homosexuals Worried About Defeat in Prop 8

Homosexuals in California are worried. They're admitting that they are losing the fight over Proposition 8.

Proposition 8 is on the 2008 California General Election ballot which will eliminate the "rights" of homosexual couples to get married. If passed, the proposition will change the California Constitution to eliminate the right of same-sex couples to marry in California. It would also add a statement to the constitution stating "only marriage between a man and a woman is valid or recognized in California."

Most people in California don't want homosexual marriage. For that matter, most people in the country don't want it. If California, as liberal a state as it is,sees homosexuals lose this battle, it could have a ripple effect across the country - and gay rights activists know this.

They've posted a cry for help from straights who are sympathetic of "gay rights" They are asking their straight sympathizers to help encourage their straight friends in California to vote no on Prop 8.

Homosexuals try hard to convince the world that they are all decent, kind, family-oriented individuals. Read some of the comments at the end of the article I linked to. Here are a few excerpts (expletives deleted):

i rest my case on the following lines. freedom is what this country stood for until religious &#$%% corrupted it and took control through illusion to dictate what we are supposed to be. if the rest of the world is slowly opening up the doors, then why are the christians and retards from the south still living in single wide trailers beating their wives and preaching jesus in a hateful manner?

we should disclude them because they're not really people.

"we're not gonna play fair if you are an intolerant *&@%$%$"

Such different worldviews. They fear a Christian victory in the election. Yet only Christ can bring them peace and freedom.

The Phone Call (or: Bill who? I hardly know him)

Ring, ring.

Hello?

Hi there. May I speak to Barry please.

This is he. Who is this?

Hi Barack. This is Bill down the street, and I wanted to…

Excuse me, but who did you say you are?

Bill, your neighbor. Bill Ayers. You know, the house on the corner with all the rosebushes?

Oh, yeah. Do I know you? Have we met?

Well, no. But I waved at you the other day as you drove past. Remember?

Uh…yeah, so what can I do for you? What do you do?

Well, I used to be a domestic terrorist. Blowing up buildings and causing havoc. You know, “Kill all the rich people. Break up their cars and apartments. Bring the revolution home, kill your parents, that's where it's really at But that’s all in the past – heck, you were only 8 years old, right?. I wish I’d done more damage, but whatever. Anyway, now I have a respectable job. I’m a professor at the University, and…

Excuse me again, Phil...

Bill. That’s “Bill”.

Ok, sorry. Bill. Excuse me again, Bill, but can I help you with something?

Have you ever thought about running for public office, Barack?

Public office? You mean, like in being a politician?

Yeah. You know, running for office, representing the people, that kind of thing.

Well, not really, so why would you…?

I want to help you, Barry...you know... get your start and all. Gain supporters. I have a lot of friends just like me. How about letting me help you get started down your political path? We can have a fundraiser at my place. I’ll do all the legwork. You just show up and be charming.

Let’s see if I’ve got this straight, Ph..er…I mean Bill. You are an ex-terrorist, I don’t know you, but you want to feature a “meet the candidate” party at your house and help me get into politics? And I’m assuming there are no strings attached? I don’t have to agree with your ideas, get counsel from you, or even be your friend?

You’ve got it, Barry. Just speak the word. I know you probably need some time to think about it. I’ll give you a call back tomorrow.

Ok. Sounds interesting. Talk to you tomorrow. Goodbye…

Michelle….!

This is what the Obama camp wants us to believe.

Does anybody REALLY believe this?

Racism and Black Liberation Theology

If John McCain had spent 17 years in a church that embraced the doctrine of the Ku Klux Klan, and the pastor was an active KKK member, and McCain called his pastor his “friend and mentor”, where would the media be on this?

Black Liberation Theology

What is it? Why should we care? The Democratic Presidential candidate spent 17 years in a church that embraces Black Liberation Theology. Reverend Wright, whom Obama calls his “friend and mentor”, embraces Black Liberation Theology.

There are numerous quotes in red in this post. These are quotes from James Cone, the recognized founder of Black Liberation Theology. His words speak for themselves.

So again I ask, what is Black Liberation Theology? First, the flowery, feel good, liberal version:

Terry Gross, of NPR Radio, interviewed the founder of Black Liberation Theology, James Cone in March of this year. Cone is the author of Black Power and Black Theology and numerous other books of the same genre. Gross said she wanted us to get “a better sense of what Black Liberation Theology is and where it fits into American religion and culture.”

Through Gross’s interview, Cone came across as a champion for the poor and oppressed. Some of his quotes from the interview:

Cone explained the movement as “mainly a theology that sees God primarily as concerned with the poor and the weak." It's an attempt, he says "to teach people how to be both unapologetically black and Christian at the same time."
“It’s not just for black people…” It is concerned about the Gospel for everybody.

Cone says “the overriding message of Old Testament prophets — and Jesus Christ — is a condemnation of the nation and of the religious [establishment] ... for oppressing the poor."

He also said America has been primarily a White Supremicist society and being Black has been defined as evil and negative.

We need to be unapologetically black and Christian at the same time.”

Now for what he didn’t say in the interview that he says in his books.

From this site:

”What if anything does the Christian gospel have to say to powerless black men whose existence is threatened on a daily basis by the insidious tentacles of white power? If the gospel has nothing to say to people as they confront the daily realities of life, it is a lifeless message.

Theologically, Malcolm X was not far wrong when he called the white man 'the devil.' The white structure of this American society, personified in every racist, must be at least part of what the New Testament meant by demonic forces... About thirty years ago it was acceptable to lynch a black man by hanging him from a tree; but today whites destroy him by crowding him into a ghetto and letting filth and despair put the final touches on death."

From American Thinker

"The Christian faith has been interpreted largely by those who enslaved black people, and by the people who segregated them."

From the Asian Times

Christ is black therefore not because of some cultural or psychological need of black people, but because and only because Christ really enters into our world where the poor were despised and the black are, disclosing that he is with them enduring humiliation and pain and transforming oppressed slaves into liberating servants.

Black theology refuses to accept a God who is not identified totally with the goals of the black community. If God is not for us and against white people, then he is a murderer, and we had better kill him. The task of black theology is to kill Gods who do not belong to the black community ... Black theology will accept only the love of God which participates in the destruction of the white enemy. What we need is the divine love as expressed in Black Power, which is the power of black people to destroy their oppressors here and now by any means at their disposal. Unless God is participating in this holy activity, we must reject his love.

In the New Testament, Jesus is not for all, but for the oppressed, the poor and unwanted of society, and against oppressors ... Either God is for black people in their fight for liberation and against the white oppressors, or he is not.

And here is an article on the Marxist roots of Black Liberation Theology.

Why anyone who is not a racist, black or white, would vote for Obama, knowing his association with these radical racist ideas, is a great puzzle to me. Either they are naïve or they, if they are black, are really racist, or, if they are white, they have a guilt complex they’re trying to alleviate.
