Oh, but Ms. Green, you know that is just proof of global warming, right? :-) I love how they work so hard to claim that as more proof for their claims.

P.S. I work for a company that makes heaters and air conditioners. We think global climate change is swell. Anything but room temperature is ok with us.

Merry Christmas!

Let's leave this to experts and scientists. Let's not take sides simply because we like or hate Al Gore!!

Partisan hacks from both sides need to grow up!

Neil - Interesting that you work for an A/C maker. I worked for Pameco Corp for about 7 years as a salesman. They have a big office in Houston.

American, since I've been accused of this several times, let me make something clear.

I hate no one. There is no one on planet earth that I hate.

I don't hate people. I hate ideologies and false religions.

I posted several videos on my blog exposing the myth of GW. One in particular pointed out that although Al Gore states 950 or so scientists all agree that Global Warming is a serious threat to the planet, 19,000 other scientists signed a petition expressing btheir disagreement.

And still the GW nuts insist it is fact. (sigh)

20 years from now when the earth has started another cooling period, they will say (again) that the earth is heading for another ice age.

by the way, Mrs. Green, there is an ongoing discussion thread going on over at my "other" blog between several of us Christians and an admitted atheist. click this link
to go there and participate.

Nobody hates Al Gore, despite the fact that since he became the prophet of global warming, he has made an estimated 100 million dollars.

The point is that not one -- NOT ONE -- of the dire predictions from these self-appointed environmental doom-sayers has ever come true.

We have not been buried by a new ice age, we have not been fried by the hole in the ozone layer, we have not been stung to death by killer bees, we have not all starved because of a global food shortage, we have not become extinct because of a world population explosion, there have been no wars over food or water, the world did not come to an end at the turn of the millennium, etc. etc. etc. Yet, despite the sorry record of these snake oil salesmen, every time another one pops up, people still fall for his line -- in Al Gore's case, to the tune of 100 million dollars. Who says crime doesn't pay?

Ok - it's quite obvious from all your comments that you have issues with Al Gore. So...the opposition to Global Warming.

My stand doesn't change. I would stick to science and findings of scientists and scholars. Not the radio talk show hosts or politicians. I'm not really qualified to judge who is right and who is not. This is not a question of morality. This is either true or false - a scientific question.

A hypothetical question - Would you believe in Global Warming if republican party admits it? I'm just trying to understand what it takes to convince people like you!
