Mayor of Mosgow Says No to Gay Parade

The Mayor of Mosgow has more courage than any USA Mayor I know of. When organizers applied for a permit to have a Gay Pride Parade in the capital of Russia, the Mayor said no. Even after receiving harsh criticism in the form of a letter from the president of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities at the Council of Europe, Mayor Yuri Luzhkov didn't budge. Good for you, Mayor. Homosexuality is not a behavior to be celebrated any more than adultery, pedophilia, promiscuity,or any other sexual deviation. We need more men and women like you in leadership positions.

Who would have ever thought that a Russian mayor would have the guts that no American Mayor could ever Match. Americans have become so immersed in being "political correct" and not "spiritualy correct" that they cannot distingush between the two.
Most Christians do not understand how serious it is for a Nation to embrace, glorify and even worship to a degree, homosexuals and homosexual lifestyles.
Homosexuality is the elevation from first a choice of sin, then an absolute rejection of God's view of sin itself. And also no nation that has embraced Homosexuality, especially with the acceptance of political leaders has ever survived.
