Pro Muslim or Anti-Muslim?

Which is it?

Am I a Christian biggot who hates Muslims? I have been accused of that frequently here on my blog.

Am I a propagandist for Muslims?

According to "Anonymous", I guess I'm both.

Kosova Independence

Could it be that I'm neither? How about I'm a Christian who longs for all men to come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ before they die.

It is possible to be completely opposed to everything that Muslims stand for and still love the Muslim. This is what I believe you are saying. I DO think there are some of us Christians who despise the Muslim, but Jesus Himself lit into the hypocritical Pharisees with merciless ferocity, yet he still loved the individual. Indeed, it was His love for them that motivated Him to attack their blindess in order to perhaps help them see. Keep it up dear sister!

Thank you Andrew. You've got it right. Why is it so hard for the lost to see, I ask?

But then Scripture gives me the answer...

But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. II Corinthians 4:3-4

Here is a good news for you:
http://www.cnn.com/2008/LIVING/wayoflife/02/25/religion.survey.ap/index.html

People like you are making christianity more and more repulsive by your ignorant acts. Christianity and western civilization will survive and wipe out Muslim sypathesizers like you. It's not just Afghanistan or Iraq - there is a whole lot of clean-up to be done here at home as well.

Anon,

Your puerile attempts to provoke have failed. If you have nothing to offer but inconsistent remarks and ad hominem attacks you won’t be welcome here. So far you’ve made no sense whatsoever, and your attempts to insult or otherwise anger me have failed. When you are ready for more mature dialogue, feel free to try again.

"People like you are making christianity[sic] more and more repulsive"

What repulses Anon is Christ, not Christians.

"Christianity and western civilization will survive and wipe out Muslim sypathesizers[sic] like you"

Christianity will wipe out Christians? That makes no sense.

Muslim sympathizers? To infer Anon doesn't sympathize with their spiritual plight? Why does Anon hate Muslims?

"there is a whole lot of clean-up to be done here at home as well"

This is the same sickness that infected Hitler's regime. It is the same sickness that currently festers in the heart of America. And it's the very same sickness that will turn its attention to killing Christians during the tribulation.

I'm startled every time I see this spirit rear its ugly head.

Ms Green, I sympathize with you having to deal with this. I have first hand experience in this area myself.

Best wishes, and keep earnestly contending. Someone has to cause I'm getting tired.

EL,

Anon sent a follow up post, but I deleted it. Said I was full of hate and that he/she would pray for me.

There are such people whose big joy in life is crusing the 'net and posting inflammatory remarks wherever they can. But won't work here. I won't post any more of his/her blather.

My web address is, after all, noblather.com.
