Whose Money is it?

Obama campaign workers in Indianapolis didn’t like it that they weren’t paid quickly enough. Several hundred Obama workers lined up outside the campaign headquarters in Indianapolis, having been told that they could pick up their money at 1:00. Instead, the place was deserted. The crowd became rowdy, and the police had to be called.

"I want my money today! It's my money. I want it right now!" yelled one former campaign worker.

Eventually, someone with the campaign did arrive and start passing out the earnings by giving gift cards.

Some of the former Obama workers didn’t like it that they didn’t get paid what they earned.

"It should have been $480. It's $230," said Imani Sankofa.

How many times will phrases like these be repeated in the coming years of an Obama presidency?

To each of those workers who felt they worked hard for their money, I ask…
Why not give a piece of your pie to someone less fortunate than you? Someone who did not work for their money…but who needs a few bucks to buy a 40 oz or a pack of cigarettes. Why would you have a problem with doing that? You voted in a man who is going to do just that.

To those who say they didn’t get enough of what they earned, I ask…

Isn’t that exactly what Obama has promised to do? You elected him. He’s going to take more of our hard earned money and use it for what he deems more important. So we will work hard and get less money. You voted in a man who is going to do just that.

You Obama people are going to find out you’ve been had.

I’m going to try not to enjoy it too much.
